BeConnect is a global connectivity and phone service already integrated within BeInContact. It offers national and international phone numbers as well as phone traffic at competitive rates.
Thanks to the partnership with national/international carriers we can offer different phone numbers in little time. We offer geographic black numbers or green numbers (800) with a choice between different prefix in more than 109 countries. Portability procedures management, should customers require to keep their original numbers, is possible as well.
BeConnect is not limited to phone services. Specific connectivity between BeInContact’s adopting Data Center and seats/customer seats is available as well.
We dispense connectivity services such as VPN and MPLS, but SIP Trunking for contact centers as well.
Our services, for the European market, are delivered through AWS (Amazon Web Service) platform. The latter, worldwide leader in IaaS/iPaaS, grants high scalability and availability for Cloud Contact Center services.
We have 3 AWS Availability Zones: Frankfurt, Sydney and SanFrancisco. A fourth one, Singapore, will be available in short time. Our aim is to allow “Follow the Sun” worldwide. Your phone management will be located on the closest platform to your agents operation area.
