BeConnect is a global telephony and connectivity service already integrated in BeInContact that allows it to offer national and international telephone numbers including telephone traffic at competitive rates. Thanks to the partnerships with the most important national and international carriers, we are able to release, in a very short time, telephone numbering, both geographic black and Toll Free Numbers (800), with the choice of prefixes in over 109 countries around the world. Telephone services also include the management of portability procedures, should customers wish to maintain their current numbering.
With BeConnect, not only the services related to telephony are offered, but also any specific connectivity services between the Data Centers, where the services of BeInContact and the locations or locations of customers are provided. We provide network connectivity services (VPN/MPLS) as well as SIP Trunk services with any telephone circuits or customer switchboards.
All our Cloud Contact Center services for the European market are provided using AWS (Amazon Web Services) platform Frankfurt, world leader in Iaas and iPaaS infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability of Cloud Contact Center services. We currently have 3 Amazon AWS Availability Zones: Frankfurt, Sydney and San Francisco, with the aim of providing services in Mode “Follow the Sun Support” to 360° people everywhere in the world, geolocation the telephone management as close as possible to the locations from which your agents operate.
