Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance and development of cloud‑based development and production environments.
- Creation of internal documentation and technical materials for clients.
- Coordination and support during onboarding of new client projects.
- Customer support activities including debugging, troubleshooting, and ticket management.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of English.
- General proficiency in PC usage.
- Personal IT projects will be evaluated very positively.
