We are looking for 1 Presales Solutions Consultant to help grow our customer base around the world. The goal will be to align you with our sales managers for all technical presales activities including demos, conference calls, analysis and creation of advanced technical documents.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Technical Presales engineer specializing in the application of Business Support Systems (BSS) in the telecommunications industry and IT sector.
  • Responsible for supporting pre-sales activities aimed at customers worldwide with demos, conference calls, creation of technical documents (SOW) and problem solving activities
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer on a technical level, and act as a trusted advisor with a thorough understanding of the underlying BSS domain architecture, process and protocols.
  • Work both independently and as a team player, assisting multiple diverse presales projects in the various phases of the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with sales managers in preparing technical tender responses (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) and assume the lead technical role between BeCloud and the customer.
  • Responsible for the creating technical solution proposals including hardware/software dimensioning of the BSS solutions for physical and cloud environments.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pre-sales, technical sales, sales engineering with BSS or telecommunication products in some other capacity.
  • 1-3 years minimum experience with virtual and Cloud-based architectures including AWS, Azure, Google and IBM.
