CCPA | HIPAA COMPLIANCE

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act is a United States federal law passed in 1996 that defines requirements for the appropriate use and safeguarding of identifiable and electronically transmitted health data (known as “protected health data”)

The Regulation approved by the European Union in 2016, is aimed at data protection and privacy for all persons within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA). TCPA COMPLIANCE

Ensure customer privacy protection and compliance with federal regulations with fully TCPA compliant software. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act is a federal statute that limits telephone solicitations (e.g. telemarketing). The Telephone Consumer Protection Act limits communications and the use of automated telephone equipment via voice calls, SMS and fax in order to protect consumer privacy.
