BeCloud Solutions is an international company with 10+ years experiences on cloud-based services with particular focus on Software Call Center, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), CRM/CX as a service and integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). BeCloud is playing the emerging Cloud Service Brokerage (CSB) role, that enables worldwide organisations to consolidate technology and operations, for multiple countries with a unique supplier.
