AGENT PARTNER

A partnership level designed specifically for referrals and/or agents who wish to introduce customers and prospects to BeCloud’s services, without the involvement in customer relationship management, pre-sales, sales, implementation, or support activities.

ASSOCIATE PARTNER

This partnership level is tailored for System Integrators and Service Providers seeking to offer and resell BeCloud’s services. Associate Partners manage customer relationship, as well as pre-sales and sales activities. BeCloud manages set up activities, configuration, projects implementation and first level support.

PREMIER PARTNER

This partnership level is designed for System Integrators or Service Providers who wish to offer and resell BeCloud’s services. Premier Partners manage customer relationship, pre-sales, sales activities as well as all set up, configuration and project implementation activities and first level support. BeCloud manages second-level support activities exclusively to Premier Partnerships.
