- Implementation: Configuration, development and integration of the technology to your IT infrastructure.
- Test management: Ensuring that your product is fit for use before going live.
- Training and User Adoption: providing advice and management of a user adoption strategy and co-ordination of the training to suit the business.
Maintenance and Support
- Consultancy Support Contracts: enable our customers to have a part time ad hoc subject matter expert (SME) available to help you at short notice. They become part of your business: understand how you operate and become available as and when you need them.
- Application and Administration Support: BeCloud provides outsourced management of system administration on Oracle CX and CRM applications under an SLA model.
