BeCloud partner program is organised into three core levels:

– Agent Partner

– Associate Partner

– Premier Partner

These three levels balance sales, pre-sales and technical activities. They are flexible so you can partner at the entry point which best supports your business objectives and customer needs.




AGENT PARTNER: The entry partner level is designed for smaller Value Added Resellers and Communication Dealers who would like to introduce their customers to brand-new, cloud-based services. This partnership is best suited to those businesses that wish to offer BeCloud Cloud services to its customer and prospect base, without taking responsibility for the billing or support elements of the services. Agent Partners are authorized to sell BeCloud service portfolio on behalf of the company and they will receive full product sales training, desk-based account support and a compelling revenue share model.

ASSOCIATE PARTNER: This level is designed for resellers who want to offer next generation cloud services alongside their existing product portfolio. However, partners in this level have also the option of controlling the customer relationship including the sales cycle, support and billing. These partners will undertake a greater level of the sales and marketing activity as well as responsibility for the delivery of technical support to their customers. Partners in this level have also the option a) of being billed at a discount for their customers’ services* or b) to receive a revenue share from BeCloud billing their customers directly. Full product training is provided along with co-branded marketing campaigns and second and third line technical support. A field based Account Manager will ensure that partners get the most from BeCloud voice services and that they are kept up to speed with product developments and enhancements.

PREMIER PARTNER: This level is designed for resellers, such as Systems Integrators or Services Providers, who wish to take 100% control of BeCloud Technology. Premier partners have the opportunity to deploy, support and invoice for BeCloud technology as a co-brand. Premier partners are offered extensive product training and development resource so they are able to integrate the service into existing system or portals. As with the other levels, full sales training, account management and technical support is provided.
